Godrej Woodscapes has been approved by the Karnataka RERA Board. The project is a phased development, offered in two phases. The RERA REG number for Phase 1 of the project is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/170524/006882. The RERA REG number for Phase 2 of the project is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/170524/006888. The possession for Phase 1 will begin in Jan 2029. The possession for Phase 2 will begin in June 2030.
